Model 1520 Pulsed DC Controller
The Model 1520 Pulsed DC system allows you long range industrial ionization with out having to blow air. It also allows you to control polarity where you know the likely static charge of the product where static elimination is necessary. The 1550 Pulsed DC system also allows for control of the speed of ions targeted to the static prone area.Applications include: screen printing for ink spidering, blow molding for parison swings, benchtops, prepress areas, pad printing, powder packaging, full room ionization, long range static control without air, packaging, printing, electronics and assembly.
Model 1525/1626 Pulsed DC bars
The Model 1525 and 1526 Pulsed DC bars range in sizes from 3 inches to 144 inches. They can be used in full area static control and long range ionization where air cannot be used or one polarity, positive or negative, is necessary to remove high static charges. The Model 1526 is available with air to discharge areas where distance ionization is necessary. These units can be chained together for ionization over a larger area with the use of only one power supply
